POSTAGE POLICY:
Here at High Purity Pilbara Gold Nuggets, we send all orders via Express Post to get them to you as quickly as possible. Although we usually aim to send all orders within 1 business day, please allow up to 7 days turn-around time.
We use Australia Post as our Postage courier. Products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot for collection. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
High Purity Pilbara Gold Nuggets recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address (not including Parcel Lockers), to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.
Please ensure a full correct address is entered in the checkout process.
We send all of our parcels via Australia Post Express and
we guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on delivery.
We do not post to Parcel Lockers.
We only send to a home, work or other address (not including Parcel Lockers).
We reserve the right to cancel orders that we deem to look suspicious and/or not meet the requirements above.
(If you enter a Parcel Locker address, we will contact you to change the address to a home, work or other address).
The address will need to be changed within our handling times (1 business day) starting from the time of purchase. If this time elapses and we do not receive a response from you within this time, we will cancel the order/s.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery time estimates are provided by Australia Post. Delays may occur due to peak periods and a number of other factors. Delivery times also vary by country, most orders are processed the same business day or the next business day and are sent out as soon as possible. When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive notification of both processing and tracking when payment has been made, you will receive notification of your tracking number via the email you provided upon checkout. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking. Click here to track your order
Do we ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship Internationally, providing Australia Post is shipping to your country, please refer to the Australia Post website to find out more.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed unfortunately, they may not be canceled.
Providing the correct information upon checking out.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address upon checkout. High Purity Pilbara Gold Nuggets can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Import Customs/Taxes
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under all circumstances. High Purity Pilbara Gold Nuggets will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
